An employee called this in, says there was a female, black, blue zip jacket and a Victoria's Secret gray pants, came out of the women's restroom screaming that she was found laying on the floor about five minutes ago. There was a male, black in a black hoodie, came out of the restroom, snatched up her phone out of the incident, took off out of the building and ran up 4th Street. The phone's been retrieved. Received.
