25. He doesn't have to raise. I'm pretty certain that the male that's attempting to gain entry is one of the gentlemen, an elderly gentleman that lives in the building. He's sitting by the elevator now, who suffers from dementia. So, I'm going to just go check with the tenant inside of that apartment.
