P's partner is stating he has a restraining order against her. She was supposed to come to town to see him and doesn't believe he's placed one. 1402 East 41st Street, 1402 East 41st Street off of Calhoun Avenue. Homeless male came up to RP's truck, was knocking on the door and yelling, requesting a call from an officer. Now is sitting on RP's flatbed trailer. It's going to be a white male, blue shirt, black shirt.
