801 Hooker Road, between Wilson Road and Edinburgh Drive. RP is needing an officer to help her get her vehicle. Said she's had trouble getting her vehicle back from this hooker towing and recovery. RP is currently on site. Use 68191. Clear. He's also going to have what looks to be a red hat. He's walking southbound now, away from the store. He's in an adjacent lot, walking behind.
