Suspicious incident, 2911 North Rankin Street. 2911 North Rankin Street, unit number 3. There are four kids going through cars in the parking lot, unknown weapons. The RP did say that he yelled at one of them and it looked like he was going to pull something. They're all wearing ski masks. Code 3.
