I sent you a suspicious person call. RP is a nurse at Theta Care, 1818 North Meade Street. While she was walking through the parking lot, she noticed a female taking pictures of her. She was going to be in the parking lot near the surgery center. Possibly an older gray Lincoln involved as well. It's code 3.
