Any units in the area of Partyville Liquor, 1804 South Cutter Road, be on the lookout for an older white Cadillac, unknown Michigan plate, just pulled into location, was headed westbound on M50, swerving all over the roadway, driving at high rates of speed with a child in the backseat.
