Telegraph. Sir, respond over to Advanced Heart and Vascular Care, 465 North Telegraph. I got Travis calling in. He's an employee over at the Dollar Tree. They had a white male wearing shorts and a hat and a button-down black and white shirt, was acting strange in front of the Dollar Tree, then barely was able to make it across the street. Now he's sitting in the parking lot at that location. The call of safety is now slumped over. His eyes were bloodshot.
