541 and 661 on a possible outdoor fire, 1801 Erie Boulevard East, 1801 Erie Boulevard East, Castle Charities on Shelter, across the Divine Street. The employee, Shelly Hedrick, is calling in, stating a Robert Smith, who's a former client, is barred because he started previous fires at the address. She's now stating he's on scene trying to start a new fire on the property. He's got a bunch of rocks on the ground that's trying to light them on fire currently. It's an older black male, gray hair.
