Received. 1301 East Genesee Street off of Comstock Ave and Pine Street. Came in through an alarm company for a camera monitoring system. Saw a 20s white male jump the fence and enter the building. They only have cameras on the outside. He was wearing an orange t-shirt, brown pants, and dark shoes. No weapons seen, no intoxication or drugs. Said it's supposed to be for HB construction. Looks like units responded to a similar complaint two days ago, and they could not verify which building it was.
