Tango 319. 319. For a traffic accident, 121 East Eagle Lily Drive, time-lapse 10 minutes, in the parking lot, gray Subaru Crosstrek, was at a stop sign, accidentally hit a teenager on a scooter. Complainant stopped and checked on the kid, said he was fine and limping. Complainant tried pulling over to talk to the juvenile, but he left.
