Delta 352, Delta 366. 352, go for both. Juvenile problem at 101 30 South State Street, Target parking lot. Complainant was walking in and four teenagers kept trying to drive their vehicle into the complainant. It's a silver Volkswagen Passat, Alpha 527, Alpha Alpha. Time-lapse is 20 minutes. Juveniles are in the store now. Complainant's waiting outside in a black Honda Civic. Alpha, copy and en route. 24-22.
