679. 961 7th Street and Bethany Home. Silver pickup for a speedo tree on a Spear, pedestrian's up. Walked to a sidewalk in front of CVS at 1220. Information for the incident area, 6040 North 7th Street, Blink-Eye Carrier, Hispanic male, black, evil, white t-shirt, jeans, shorts, unknown weapon, secure, hit-collar, stockings inside a tire, then began to argue with the cars. Response was impaired and continued. Westbound information at 1220.
