127. 127 to start for suspicious, 9425 South Riverside Drive at the Legends at River Oaks Apartments, 900 West. Male, White, adult with tattoos, possibly gray shirt, black shorts, and a medium-sized German Shepherd was in a silver Ford Expedition on the southeast end. Seems like they were yelling at the complainant that he took his wire. They were looking into other vehicles.
