Can you respond, across the street from 138 Southbridge Road, the Noria Shell Station, across the road, caller described a homeless gentleman sitting on the steps of that burnt down building where Carl's Diner used to park their bus. States he's doing nothing, he's just sitting, but she's noticed him in the area a few times.
