96738. Go ahead. I have a female party in the lobby. She's out of 227 Carpenter Hill Road. She states that she heard a loud explosion in the area of her home. Not sure from where it came from or what it was, but then she lost power to her house. Wondering if you could go check the area and see if there's an accident or a transformer out there.
