Ambulance 855, you're now responding to 11904 Reisterstown Road to the Exxon. They're saying it's in front of the location. Female outside who keeps standing up and then falling over. Says she's sitting down in the rain as well. It's a black female, black shirt, pink and blue pants, wearing Crocs. Police do look like they're on scene.
