3-26-3-14, theft occurred, 11935 Reisterstown Road, 11935 Reisterstown Road near Carraway Road and Cherry Hill Road at Dollar Tree. Jordana said that female stole from the location. She took 15 book bags, occurred less than five minutes ago, left in a green truck. Maryland registration, Frank Young Edward 1824, towards Walgreens. It's a Black female, 25 to 30 years of age, black leggings, heavy set with braided hair.
