642, assist station, vehicle complaint. Bellevue Heights Apartments, 1741 West Onondaga Street, across of Kanda Street, Velasco Road. Going to the back parking lot near the dumpsters. No 85, reported a approximately 17-year-old, Bulk male, parked a gray Honda CR-V, New York Lincoln Palmieri 4662. The location approximately 5 to 10 minutes ago. He got out and then left in an unknown vehicle. The vehicle that was dumped is running. Concerned it's possibly a 501. It's not showing as one right now. RO's just out of 303 Fabia Street. 926.
