Tanya Romeo is the caller, saying her husband, Michael Weber, 52-year-old white male, was just seen by caller's daughter kicking and hitting the door to the upstairs neighbor, who is the caller's brother. Michael Romeo, 43-year-old white male, no weapons. Weber is intoxicated at 040 hours.
