223 King, I'm with the RO right now. He's looking at this car. Everything is code 4 on my side. If the other units have anything, I think we're all code 4 here. 223 King, on the east side, there are two cars with broken windows, but we're code 4. No subject around.

I have two units going over there just to check out on foot, but this was probably about, I don't know, either a five minute time delay.
