See the caller stating that while they were at the gas station, a male opened their vehicle and attempted to take their child out of the vehicle. Said she grabbed her daughter from the male who was last seen headed toward East Ohio. Long-sleeved polo, carrying a plastic bag with campaign, Black male, no weapons seen.
