other vehicle. He just pulled over here. He's not injured, but he is saying that his vehicle is leaking something and was previously smoking. Again, 3 Engine, 3 Engine only. Fort Duquesne Boulevard at Stanwyck Street. This is going to be a part of the vehicle accident on the Fort Pitt Bridge and Tunnel. He has a part of the accident, but he's pulled over at this intersection saying that his vehicle was smoking and is possibly leaking something. Irvington 31 at 1621.
