Northbound, information only. Skyview Apartments, 3165 East Michigan. For a couple teenagers throwing liquid and stuff at the caller's vehicle. One was wearing all black with a hijab on a bike and the other one was a black male wearing all black on a bicycle. They were northbound toward the Frandor Plaza, no weapons seen. Information only, 1409.
