I got it. Foster Park at 2400 East Kalamazoo Street. There was a flag down by MSU PD, by pedestrians at Kalamazoo and Detroit. Had two people advising there was a subject who was intox and possibly indecent exposure at Foster Park, and they thought the subject should be checked on. It's been holding for almost 45 minutes.
