Suspect is a Hispanic male. The subject is intoxicated. Hispanic male, wearing no shirt, gray pants. Juvenile disturbance, 2624 East Preston Street. Anonymous caller, two juveniles running around. They're trying to break in the backyard and take tools. They are very destructive. The property is abandoned. Also got a false pretense, 1401 North Lakewood. TRU sending the call back over. Call three times, no response. Keep on voicemail.
