4 David, 10-4. Again, 1600 to 1630 Sutter, cross of Octavia and Laguna. Male subject climbed over the fence at this 20. It's a two-apartment building. White male adult, scraggly, dirty blonde hair and beard, purplish pastel tracksuit, no weapons seen, but possibly threw something over the fence prior to climbing over. Is there a unit to back?
