The caller, didn't leave their name, says that there's a male damaging cars on the block. He has a brick in his hand and has hit 7 to 8 cars. It's a male, white, sunglasses, a camo shirt, blue jeans with a fanny pack. Nothing further. 12th district, zone 3.
