I have simulcast unavailable. Units in 12, getting a person with a gun, Augusta and Rockwell. Caller states a male Black with gun shining beam at caller, hides it under a vehicle when police drive by. Caller says he shot someone earlier. He's wearing a red hat and a white shirt. Nothing further.
