Control to 811 and 812. Can you head over to 901 Liberty Street for a suspicious person? Caller just saw a male party a few minutes ago, smoking a cigarette and charging his phone on their outside outlet. The description that he gave me was he has a backpack, a hoodie, he's about 5 feet tall, smoking a cigarette. They believe he was walking in the direction of Stop and Shop.
