811. 1. Sir, could you check the area of 894 Liberty Street for a solicitor? We've gotten just one call on it. It's going to be a white male, blue shirt, tan shorts, carrying a tablet. Soliciting for pest removal. Caller saw him on a ring camera at 511. She reported that he looked in her windows while he was knocking on the door. Apparently he's going in.
