Attention Southback units, parking for a highway violence, southbound 515 North and Sutterville. Suspect vehicle's a black Tesla, unknown's 28. Suspect vehicle's a blue Audi A5. Suspect vehicle had a PRDV that cut off the victim vehicle for a brief check-in. The victim vehicle tried to move away and the suspect vehicle tried to slide down again. Parties are now separated, broadcasting to a home unit.
