Attention Southside units, broadcast for a highway ban that occurred southbound 5 just north of Sutterville. Suspect vehicle is a white motorcycle, victim vehicle is a black Jeep Patriot. Suspect vehicle was following the victim and followed off into an off-ramp and started yelling at the victim. Suspect vehicle continued into a residential road, unknown which one. Parties are now separated and there is a decline.
