Going to be 3rd Avenue and James Street, Route 28, Coach 8072, holding northbound. Looks like the security's having difficulty getting the HBD subject off the coach. No weapons seen. He does appear to be breathing. Black male in his 30s, wearing a black and white tank top and shorts, 3rd Avenue and James Street.
