Any Mission unit, 484 suspect there now, 14920 Astoria Street. Suspect, male, Hispanic, 33 years, black shirt, gray pants, black and red shoes. Code 2, incident 3563 and RD 1924. Any Foothill unit, MEC, HP, Osborn and Foothill, request LAPD to shut down the en route to Osborn, major TC on the 210. It is Code 2, incident 3561 and RD 1606.
