Hondale 2620 at the handle, 415 business, 1109 West Rancho Vista Boulevard at Raising Cane's. Eight juveniles, male and female, arguing and throwing food at each other. Informant is trying to push the DPs out of the eating area. DPs are now outside and the informant locked the door. DPs are wearing all black, no weapons. Tac is 105.
