Be advised, I saw him hop that wall. He had a bag prior to running to the gym. So it's either between the street and that wall. Palmdale units, are you guys retaining the suspect? Negative, they're still clearing the gym where he was last seen running into. Okay, we're still headed over there. Still about 10 minutes out.

That's the old 24-hour fitness, it's going to be a new fitness center, 1335 West Rancho Vista Boulevard. Hey, just be advised, there's going to be volleys inside, so we're trying to get them to exit. If you guys can check the rear, for the rear exit. Rear exit.

Going on to Rancho Vista Boulevard. There's several units coming. Hey, you can come out to the sidewalk, Rancho Vista Boulevard. Units, you're covering each other. All units, you're stepping on each other. One unit only who has eyes on the suspect, go ahead with a 10-20. The top of the backyard, 401 North on to Rancho Vista Boulevard. Male Black, shirtless, wearing a blue rag with a backpack. 260 Frank 1, only advising that he's hopping the wall over to Rancho Vista Boulevard, wearing all black with a black backpack. Units, you can come out to the sidewalk, Rancho Vista Boulevard.
