And 263 Tom 1. A 10-4, Palmdale units further than 902T on Rancho Vista. It's going to be a gray Dodge Durango. Did donuts in the parking lot, hit a tree. Driver's 390, possibly injured. Female adult passenger is also possibly injured. Vehicle is in front of Dillard's entrance to the mall. Again, tag 262.
