3-1. We have a 3. 900 Rainier Avenue South, apartment 329. The caller's downstairs neighbor is high and hitting and smacking a stray chicken in the courtyard. He yells at the caller whenever the caller feeds the chicken. Described as a white male in their 20s, 6 foot tall, athletic build, wearing a cut-off white t-shirt and blue shorts. Caller advised they live at the north side of the courtyard, the apartment on the right, up the stairs.
