All right, coming in with info for the police at the Brown Line on Irving Park. A witness said there was a male, White, about 40 years of age, wearing a dark-colored hat, blonde hair, plaid red long-sleeved shirt. He stole a white bike that was chained under the stairs about 10 minutes ago. He went towards Ravenswood. He pulled out a motorized, stopped from his backpack, and cut the chain. Just wanted to let the police know the caller is no longer on scene and no one is longer as the male.
