3 Adam 13 David for a B 917 over 221 possible, North Beach Library, 850 Columbus Avenue, cross of Mason and Lombard. 13 David, thank you. This occurred on Friday on the steps between the playground and the library. RP stating a 915 told him he had a 221 in his bag. The RP never saw it. Didn't threaten the RP, but RP wants PD to check and see if there is truly a 221. RP stating he has not been aggressive to the RP but seems angry at the world. Spoke with the sheriff at the library.
