2 Charlie 24, the CP's name is Phil, he's an owner there at the restaurant. It occurred in the parking lot and CP has other witnesses on scene.

Further on the 417A, per the CP, suspect had pulled out a Bowie knife on him and CP pulled an ax out on him and threatened him with his, but is now, it's now put away. That's when the suspect had left. The CP does not want to press charges.

Another person reportedly pulled an ax on the suspect with the Bowie Knife, but it has since been put away.

Units be advised, North Division's en route to a 417A at Tranny's Restaurant, 3490 Boulevard, for a male, White, 50s to 60s in a wheelchair, has a big knife, over 16, correction, over 6 inches, screaming, last seen heading towards Wartlow, Columbo, 1281.

The suspect is reportedly armed with a large knife over six inches and was last seen heading toward Wardlow.
