There was a male, white, early 20s, he was wearing a white hat, black shirt. The second subject was a male, Hispanic, wearing dark clothing, carrying a red backpack. 10-4, is there a unit that can detain him? Adam 24. 24, I'm just heading over from Cherry Park. 10-4.
