Check for a white female, black shirt and red shorts, walking down the middle of the street, yelling, appearing to maybe having a mental breakdown. There are a couple calls on her. She's yelling at traffic and walking up to vehicles. 4850 Monroe, Street 520. Coral and Secor. 510. She's heading westbound on Monroe.
