900 Terry Avenue at the Seattle Surgery Center. Security advising of a male refusing to leave next to the garden. I just got off the phone with him, and he is still on the property, parallel to the Madison Rapid Ride Stop in front of the stairs. Looking for an Asian Native male in the early 40s, a thin-build, 5'7", long black hair, a white t-shirt, blue shorts, blue Crocs on at 900 Terry Avenue.
