The 3814 Pacific Avenue. The RP's the property manager in the alley behind. Apparently, it's still on their private property. It's a white 2006 Winnebago Vista. It's unlicensed. Some kind of Camper World decal on the front where the plate would normally go. Should be occupied by a white male, 40s, 5'8", 171, red, long hair, possibly intoxicated. Apparently, entered yesterday after cutting the fence to get onto the property.
