Information for Sector 2, a suspicious, 4840 Pacific Avenue. They're sitting in the alley for about 30 minutes. A white 2000 Nissan sedan, four-door with damage. Plate given was Charles Lincoln Young 6503. It's occupied by a white male, 20s driver and a white female, teens passenger. Had gotten in out of the vehicle. Not familiar to the RP. Last seen going northbound in the alley behind Vail Bond's business. Information only, 684.
