We're trying to safely keep traffic going on a four-way stop here because all lights are out. We got people that are just disregarding and going northbound and southbound on Cave Creek Road. 232 Lincoln for traffic. Go for 232 Lincoln. It's a traffic hazard, Cave Creek and Greenway Parkway. Lights out completely in all directions. Almost causing 961. Signals have been advised. It's 2331. Can I get a unit to follow?
