LAFD: Boyle Heights High Angle Rescue [Long Fall] 07-18-2026 1:24pm 2750 E Washington Bl MAP: https://bit.ly/3zZvQoB First arriving fire companies found an adult woman that fell approximately 40 feet from the bridge down into the LA River. The patient is not in the water. LAFD Air Operations and Urban Search and Rescue crews are on scene. The Department of Transportation and LAPD have been requested for traffic control. LAPD incident 2349. LAFD paramedics have been lowered down to the patient and the patient is being medically evaluated. LAFD Air Operations is performing a hoisting operation and will be transporting the patient for further medical care at a local hospital. No firefighter injuries reported. Nothing further.
