483, you can show me en route to Matt, 483 from Valley Mission, 8th and Euclid. 483, 483, additional near ambulance overturned vehicle, 8th and Euclid. PR number 3, call back, advised the driver is attempting to flee on foot. There are citizens holding him down. Driver is a male, Hispanic, 20-30 years, black shirt and shorts. 1389, 1389, come in.
